TONY's store hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Monday.

How We Ship
Goods are shipped via UPS. International shipping is available. Please email eboutique@tonyonthird.com for rates.

Payment
TONY gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A 7% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Pennsylvania.

Prompt Delivery
In-stock merchandise will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery is 5-7 business days. Express delivery is also available. Please call (215) 592-8669 for details. Should any item be temporarily unavailable, you will be notified promptly.

Return Policy

TONY will accept returns on internet orders for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date of postmark, providing they are unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged. All tags and original packaging must be intact. Any and all sale items are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on any lingerie or jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased in-store are returnable for exchange or store credit only within 7 days. TONY reserves the right to refuse credit for items returned damaged or worn.

Stock Availability

Because TONY sells in both our retail and internet store, our inventory is unfortunately not in real time. It is possible that we may we may sell out of your size or individual items during the day due to high turnover of some styles/sizes.
