of Old City Philadelphia that offers alluring apparel and fetching accoutrements at "un-boutique-like" prices.
TONY carries attractive designer clothing, fun handbags, funky costume jewelry, enchanting gifts and frilly lingerie.
There is something at TONY to please any gal's pocketbook. In 2009, Pamela Dollak, owner of TONY, was awarded a Philadelphia Weekly "Image Award" for Best Retail Consultant. Over the years TONY has won five
Philadelphia City Paper "CHOICE" Awards including Best Retailer ('08), Best
Women's Clothing ('06 and '07) and Best Accessory Store ('05 and '06). In 2007, TONY was nominated Best
